TERMS OF SALES
1. Scope
These General Conditions of Purchase apply to all orders and all deliveries, between the company Winhyepet, second floor zhonghui home court packing and printing bases zhanglin village cizao town quanzhou city fujian province China, (hereinafter referred to as: Winhyepet France) and its customers from the online store www.winhyepet.fr. The www.winhyepet.fr website is intended only for sale to professionals and individuals.
2. Order procedure, conclusion of contract, quantity limit
Order procedure
Winhyepet France offers its customers a wide choice of articles intended for pets. The customer accesses details concerning the product such as its presentation, its dimensions or its taste, by clicking on the products or the item designations. When the customer selects the number of items desired and clicks on the pictogram representing a supermarket cart, the product is placed in a virtual basket.
When clicking on the "my basket" button in the online store, at the top right of the screen, the customer accesses a summary page and can check at any time which items are in his virtual basket and if necessary , make changes.
If the customer wishes to complete his purchases, he can continue the procedure by clicking on the "Place order" button. Already registered customers can enter their username and password here to automatically use their saved information to place their order. The customer can also register as a new customer and create a customer account or continue shopping without having to use a customer account. In this case, the customer must enter the information relating to his address and invoice on the next page.
By clicking again on the "next" button, the customer reaches the penultimate step of the "Preview" order. The customer then obtains a statement of his order with the mention of the price as well as information on the service and the delivery costs.
The order is completed as soon as the customer clicks on the "Place order" button. A firm offer is then submitted.
Conclusion of the contract
The photographs of the assortment of products on the online store only allow them to be viewed, they are in no way firm offers to purchase. The customer makes a firm offer to conclude a sales contract as soon as he finishes the order process by clicking on the "Place order" button. The customer then receives an automatic order acknowledgment by email (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. The contract with Winhyepet France is only concluded when Winhyepet France ships the product ordered to the customer and confirms the shipment to the customer by email (order confirmation).
3. Prices and delivery costs
Price
The company Winhyepet France being located outside the European Union, all the prices indicated on the online store are exclusive of tax. Customs fees (see TARIC code) as well as VAT (20%) are extra, to be paid to the carrier upon receipt of the goods.
Shipping cost
Winhyepet France delivers throughout Europe. We remind you that deliveries to military addresses, post offices and other collection points are impossible. If an order has to be delivered in several shipments for technical or logistical reasons, the customer will not be charged additional shipping costs.
4. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 days ON AVERAGE depending on the day the order is placed (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays excepted) and subject to payment of the entire order. Packages are then generally delivered between 10 and 20 days after their dispatch to France. The time may vary, however, depending on the country of destination and the carrier.
Winhyepet France cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier and independent of its will.
If all the products ordered are not in stock, Winhyepet France is authorized to make partial deliveries at its expense, if this measure is possible for the customer.
In the event that Winhyepet France cannot deliver the product ordered because Winhyepet France is not delivered by its suppliers for reasons for which it cannot be held responsible, Winhyepet France could withdraw from this contract. In this case, Winhyepet France will immediately inform the customer and offer him a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or if the customer does not wish this product to be delivered to him, Winhyepet France will immediately reimburse him for the amounts already paid.
In the territory of the European Union, delivery is subject to customs duties.
If the delivered items have been damaged during transport, Winhyepet France customer service must be informed as soon as possible. Winhyepet France will thus have the possibility of addressing complaints to the transporter or transport insurance. If the customer does not declare a damage to transport, this negligence will have no repercussions on his legal rights to the guarantee.
5. Retention of title
The products remain the property of Winhyepet France until full payment. It is forbidden to pledge the products, to give them as a guarantee, to transform them or to modify them before the transfer of ownership, without the authorization of Winhyepet France.
6. Right of withdrawal
Customers are consumers and therefore have a right of withdrawal of fourteen days. 7. EXCHANGE OF ARTICLES
Any product exchanges in the event of an error not attributable to Winhyepet France, color or size errors for example, will be at the expense of the purchaser, the exchange can only be taken into account for a return of the items, clean unused and in suitable packaging.
The delivery costs and the price difference if any will be paid before the goods are returned.
8. Guarantee and liability
Warranty law applies.
The seller is liable for defects in conformity of the goods with the contract under the conditions of article L. 211-4 and following of the Consumer Code and of hidden defects of the thing sold under the conditions provided for in articles 1641 and following of the code civil.

Products can be paid for by credit card using the Paypal payment system. Winhyepet France reserves the right to exclusively accept certain types of payment depending on the order or the delivery method chosen by the customer. It is not possible to pay by sending cash.

When using a reduction code or a gift code, the conditions of use in force such as the minimum order amount, the validity period, etc. must be respected.
