Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 3 days after receipt of payment. Winhyepet France being located in China, the packages are sent via different carriers with a tracking number and delivered without signature in your mailbox at home. Orders for professionals are generally delivered with DHL, FEDEX or UPS. Delivery times are generally between 7 to 15 days for professionals and 10 to 30 days for single orders.
We do not ship by parcel relay, colissimo relay, post office.
In the event of a package return or package loss, when the customer has entered an incorrect, incomplete or unauthorized address, other than that of his domicile or workplace, the possible costs of re-shipping the order, including merchandise , will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping costs are free in Europe for professionals. Shipping costs for individuals include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs and vary depending on the number of items ordered. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all of your items in one order.
